Join yoga instructor, professional musician and anxiety expert Xenia for a nurturing mini-retreat packed with simple and accessible interventions to unwind and soothe the nervous system.
During this two-hour hybrid workshop available in-person or online, we will explore a series of gentle held yin yoga poses for the Autumn season, enjoy mindful and restorative breathwork, relax our bodies with traditional medicinal movement practices of Qi Gong and nourish the mind with life coaching techniques to put our cares aside. All levels of experience are welcome and all participants will receive a video recording to review in their own time after the workshop.
