Meet Santa at The Pitt! Our Santa’s Grotto experience includes tales, gifts, and a chance to get a photo with Santa. Join the big man in his cosy grotto, located in The Pitt market, and create some special memories with your little ones.

Our 40-minute experience will feature a story from Santa, a meet and greet, a gift exchange, and a photo opportunity.

Booking & Ticket Information:

Tickets: £6.50 per child (includes a gift, photo and 1 accompanying adult) £6.50 for additional accompanying adults.

Santa will be visiting on select dates: 28th, 29th and 30th November. 6th and 7th December and 13th and 14th December

Timeslots: Book your storytelling session between 10:30 and 3.30pm.
Timeslots are limited and sell out fast, so be sure to book early.

Important Notes:

The time on your ticket is for your storytelling session; please arrive at least 10 minutes early to be greeted by our festive helpers.
The grotto is indoors, but dress warmly.
*All children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
