Information

From his early days running his own restaurant to becoming one of television's most trusted food presenters, Matt has witnessed the evolution of British food culture from the front row. He'll share behind-the-scenes stories from Saturday Kitchen and reveal what really happens during those famous cooking challenges.

There will be chat about his latest book 'Pub Favourites' and demonstrations of some of his favourite comfort food. Matt will be joined by Rory Larkin, Lactalis Development Chef, who will work alongside him to create what's probably the best macaroni cheese in the world, made with cheese produced right here in Stranraer!

There will be an opportunity to grab a complimentary beer from local brewery Five Kingdoms. With rumours swirling about Matt's potential move to MasterChef, this could be your chance to hear some exclusive insights into what the future might hold for one of our most popular food personalities.
