Join us for a whisky tasting of five drams followed by a demonstration on how to make a cask. If you're brave enough to have a go, you will have your opportunity. Gary (Master Cooper) will also explain the importance of wood and how it is so vitially important to choose the correct cask when selecting it for maturation. This fun event will be followed by traditional scottish food, Stovies and Mac n Cheese.
