Stretto Piano festival
The Pianodrome in Granton, as you may not know, has two playable "Stretto" Pianos installed into the structure. These are excellent Pianos with narrower keys donated to us by the global Stretto piano initiative from "Stretto Piano Concert" who are great proponents for accessible pianos for alternative hand spans. As such, we are thrilled to welcome some excellent Piano players of the Square music quartet to show off these Pianos in our amphitheatre.

Square Music
Square music are a London Based Piano Quartet who performed with us both at the Leeds international Piano competition in 2024 and earlier this year. We are so excited to welcome them back to the Pianodrome in Edinburgh!

Venue Info

The Granton Pianodrome is a DIY grassroots venue set in a warehouse on an Industrial estate shared with some van rental companies and used car sales. Ours is the most colourful unit at the end: You'll see a grand piano on top of a shipping container!

Toilets: please note that we simply have one compost toilet at this venue (made out of pianos) which may not be accessible for some guests. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and assure you that we are doing our best to remedy this issue.
