Restorative Yoga

Information

Immerse yourself in a slow, accessible yoga class designed to release tension, enhance flexibility, and rebalance your nervous system. Through mindful movement, supported postures, breath work and meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate deep relaxation while improving mobility and restoring balance to both body and mind. Every class with end with yoga nidra (a form of guided relaxation).

By moving slowly, we have the opportunity to tailor the practice to our individual needs and energy. Take time to rest between postures, or choose to use deeper, longer holds to build strength; Linda will offer different options and modifications along the way. If you have ever felt that yoga would be great for your body but you are nervous to attend a class, this is the perfect one for you!

Linda Keys has a background in the inclusion movement and is passionate about making her classes welcoming and accessible to all. You will be received warmly with gratitude for your presence, whatever your prior experience with yoga.

Please bring your own mat. Age 16+.

Linda qualified with her 200hr YTT in 2019 and has since completed further training in yin, pregnancy and postnatal, yoga philosophy and meditation. She is trained as a trauma-informed practitioner and is now a 500hr ERYT.
