A short nature walk culminating in a natural crafting activity, social cuppa and reflections
Hosted by GetOut Outdoor Learning, this gentle guided nature walk through Gifford Community Woodland, on accessible hardcore paths, provides an opportunity to slow down, engage with your senses and connect to nature.
The full session will last around 1.5 hours with approximately 30 minutes of this being the nature walk. The remainder of the session will include mindfulness, nature connection and a social cuppa to build community and reflect.

Wear suitable sturdy footwear and dress for the weather!
Easy walk on fully accessible hardcore woodland path.
Due to participating in mindfulness and sensory activities, no dogs at this one please.
Suitable for all adults.
No loos – public toilet available in Gifford Park.
There is a cafe, Lantern Rouge, available to visit in the village before or after the walk.

Wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for the weather! We’ll provide a hot drink and a snack.
Getting there
Meet at the postbox near the entrance to Gifford Community Woodland, Station Road, Gifford, EH41 4QL. The Gifford Circle bus from Haddington drops off in Gifford next to the newsagents.
