On Wednesday 15th APRIL we have a delightful evening of entertainment, to include a play, some music and a film.
Play: Make Room by Nikita Doncheva
Bringing colour to grey Edinburgh, "Make Room" follows a passionate young artist grapling with self expression, complexities of modern love, mental health and a city rapidly changing beneath her feet. Through a series of intimate monologues, comedy, musical choreography, Nikita invites the audience into her world.
Aiming to remind the world that some intrusive thoughts are worth following, this one woman show would challenge all judgement and open another dimension.'
Music: From Scottish Blend
Scottish Blend amalgamates the timbres of piano (Harris Playfair), saxophone (Sam Lord) and Indian harmonium (Heather Cattanach) to create an unusual sound palate for arrangements of jazz standards as well as new compositions.

A local tale set around Duns in the early 16th Century. The piece has been written for numerous voices and pares theatre down to its core, to pure storytelling albeit in character.
