4 delicatable wines including Xanadu, an Australian Chardonnay, Peth Wetz an unfiltered Pinot Noir from Germany and a Cremant, because Helen is oh so fancy and as she keeps reminding us, it's her birthday month and we have to be nice to her and give her whatever she wants and Prosecco is good and all, but Cremant is what she deserves and if she's having Cremant for her birthday, then everyone gets Cremant - our money is no object she has assured us, so we're kicking off a new season of The Cul Sec Club by getting fancy... painfully, painfully fancy.
